Book a free 30-minute readiness consultation. This is a conversation — not a form or a screening. We'll talk through your child's needs and be honest about whether Horizon is the right fit.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. Here's what to expect after you submit the form.
Everything you share is read by a Horizon coordinator — a real person, not an automated system. We'll have context on your child before we call.
We'll reach out by email or phone to arrange a 30-minute consultation at a time that works for you. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings.
A 30-minute call — by phone or video. We'll discuss your child's profile, current situation, and whether Horizon can help. You'll receive a written summary within 24 hours.
After the consultation, you'll have a clear picture of whether Horizon is right for your child — and if so, what happens next. No pressure, no commitment.
Your information is safe. Details you share are used only to prepare for your consultation. We do not share information with third parties. See our privacy policy.

A Horizon coordinator will be in touch within one working day to arrange your consultation.
No. Horizon supports children with additional needs broadly. A formal diagnosis or EHCP is helpful for the matching process but not a requirement. We work from the child's profile.
After the readiness consultation and profile-building, we aim to identify a match within five to ten working days. This depends on the child's profile and practitioner availability. We will not rush a match at the expense of quality.
After the introductory session, if the match isn't the right fit — for any reason — we rematch at no additional charge. The £100 registration fee is refunded in full if we cannot find a suitable match.
Online support is available UK-wide. In-person support depends on practitioner location and your area. We will let you know what's available for your location during the consultation.
This depends on your child's specific EHCP and the provision specified in Section F. Some families use personal budgets or direct payments. We can discuss this during the consultation. Horizon is not a statutory provision.
Yes. Select "Practitioner application" in the contact form and describe your qualifications and experience. We have specific entry requirements — details are on the Our Specialists page.
